Why Satori?
Satori was implemented 4 years ago at this large Australian Utilities Organisation. The decision and implementation was led by the Principal of Fraud & Corruption Control, who is an experienced fraud and corruption control principal across prevention, detection, and response.
Satori was initially engaged to assist with the upgrade of procurement processes and controls framework as the organisation has multiple locations and hundreds of staff.
The Results
This Satori project was highly successful at stopping any financial leakage in processes and controls.
The Satori solution for this organisation now includes monitoring Accounts Payable Transactions, Vendor Master File, Payroll and Employee Master File, Company Credit Cards, Conflicts of Interest and Anti Fraud measures.
